Patch Update: Guild Changes, PvE Focus Mode, and Smarter NPCs
The latest Mirage Online Classic patch delivers big improvements for guild gameplay, PvP and PvE balance, and NPC behavior—plus a host of fixes and quality-of-life updates to make your adventures smoother than ever.
Guild System Updates
We’ve raised the minimum level to create a guild from 10 to level 30, encouraging more established players to take the lead in forming communities. Additionally, the initiate guild rank has been removed—every new recruit now starts as a soldier. This change means there’s no minimum level for Guild vs Guild (GvG) participation, making large-scale battles more accessible.
PvE Focus Mode
For players who prefer monster hunting over player combat, there’s now a PvP disable option in the settings. Once activated, you’ll be protected from PvP for an entire week, letting you focus on PvE content, farming, and exploration. PvE-only players will appear in cyan or bright cyan if part of a guild.
Death Penalty & High-Risk Dungeons
A new death penalty option is now available for any map in the game. For PvE areas, this means certain high-risk dungeons may cause players to lose equipment upon NPC death—raising the stakes for seasoned adventurers.
In PvP areas, applying the death penalty turns the map dark red, allowing PvE players to be killed by others. This mechanic will be used sparingly for special events, guild halls, and certain high-risk zones.
Smarter NPC AI & Loot Distribution
NPCs have been upgraded with the ability to pursue the player who last damaged them, making combat more challenging and strategic. Loot is now more secure—dropped NPC loot goes directly to the player who landed the killing blow, and only drops to the ground if that player’s inventory is full.
